Class Rep

Class Rep is one of Haruka's classmates who has been summoned to the Other World. Her real name has not been mentioned in the novels. However in MyAnimeList (MAL), it was mentioned that her name is Touka Tsuyuri.

She is the leader of the Girls, as well as the de facto commander of any joint forces she became involved in. Sometimes she is called the "Translation Rep" because only she could get meaningful information out of Haruka's wandering ramblings.

She has a very versatile fighting style, easily adapting to the situation at hand. She can lash with a blade as if it were a whip, or cut with a whip as if it were a sword.

On the other hand, her character job puts a huge penalty on anything not combat related (such as cooking or doing laundry). In particular, Class Rep is especially terrible with ropes, and gets into various absurd accidents that earned her the nickname "Bondage Rep", with Haruka often ending up being caught in the collateral damage.

She loves chestnuts to a fault, and will go crazy over any food that has chestnuts in it.

Perhaps due to influence from Angelica and the other Dungeon Emperors, Class Rep often ends up with lewd daydreams during Girls' Meetings, and she often passes out from the intensity of those lewd delusions, earning her the nickname "Delusion Rep" from the other girls.

Appearance[]

She has long, straight black hair, and back in Japan was fairly pretty by high school girl standards.

In the manga and light novel illustrations, she is often drawn with a hollow triangular hair clip on the left side of her head.

Like the rest of the Girls, leveling up in the Other World caused her overall physical form to take on subtle transformations that improved her looks. When she broke level 100, she had become beautiful by mortal standards. Haruka worried that if those high school girls ever returned to Japan with the way they looked in the Other World, their out-of-this-world beauty would cause outright social disruption and they would not be able to live normal lives.

Personality[]

She is an archetypical Japanese Class Rep. She has a strong sense of responsibility and is very caring. She has a natural charisma that will make new allies follow her command quickly but also lacks self confidence in herself or her efforts and will keep thinking that way until someone points out that's not the case or gives her motivation to continue like the time when the class was dividing thinking she should have done better until Haruka and later her classmates point out that's not the case, when Haruka fell down in the hole in the labyrinth when going to save him at some point thinking they should turn back until being motivated by her classmates to continue, when Haruka and Angelica went to the forest to train alone together and was about to say something but gives up and tells him "remember to be kind to girls" while sending them off with a smile concerned whether Haruka will fall for Angelica while also thinking that she has no right to stop him and doesn't cheer up from this until the girls point out that polygamy is legal in this world and also when she and the girls went to stop the stampede caused by the church nation while she was competing against Angelica for Haruka affection but doesn't think she was worthy to do so the girls point out that's not the case while also pointing out how much haruka values her and that she shouldn't give up her feelings for him and to continue pursue them. She is also naïve to the darker sides of people or their intentions like with the delinquents not realising what they were out to do when the geeks went and told her of their intentions and helps to seal their skills while also failing to realize Tanaka's intentions and his plans to murder his whole class for their skills or when they first encountered humans of this world being attacked by wolves and wanting to help with Haruka pointing out that there is a chance that they could be bandits or thieves but still wants to help anyway.

She is a geek when it comes to certain movies^[1].

Background[]

Back in Japan she used to be in the Tennis club.

She had been classmates with Haruka since first grade in elementary school, and she also had been friends and classmates with Haruka's little sister. She had feelings for Haruka way before they were transported to the Other World.

In Another World[]

When Class Rep was summoned to the White Room with the rest of her classmates, she grabbed the Hijack skill before anyone else had a chance to. Later on the Nerds would warn her not to let anyone else know she has that skill, for her own safety.

When all the classmates (minus Haruka) landed in the Other World, Class Rep became the de facto leader of the group. Stranded in the middle of a forest with monsters lurking about, she tried her best to keep the group together. However due to Tanaka's meddling behind the scenes, eventually the guys split into different groups and went their separate ways.

The girls were reunited with Haruka, who saved them from the despair of horde of monsters. Class Rep wanted Haruka to travel with them, even though Haruka declined saying he levels extremely slowly and would soon be a burden dragging the girls down. Nonetheless, Class Rep just wanted Haruka to be by their side, and she and the rest of the girls agreed that they shall become strong enough to protect Haruka and not let Haruka go back being alone in the forest.

Haruka eventually agreed to at least accompany them to town, and they arrived and settled in the city of Omui, where Class Rep was often called upon by the otherworlders as an interpreter to understand Haruka's wandering ramblings.

Vibration Magic - Taught by Haruka to defeat golems, the girls practice this a lot at night.
Splash - Acquired when she killed a Splash Tiktaalik on Day 139 (via Hijack)
